Terms and Conditions of Sale — Lamhané Créations

Article 1: Scope
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to all transactions completed through the websites operated by Lamhané Créations (Thierry Tressel), for the sale of physical products (jewelry, creative kits) and digital products (courses, online tutorials).
Any individual or legal entity who places an order validated through our secure payment platform (Systeme.io, Shopify, or Stripe) is considered a "customer."
Validating an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, accessible at any time on our websites.

Article 2: Age Limit
Physical and digital products are intended for individuals over the age of 16. Services involving individual guidance (workshops, coaching) are reserved for adults (18 years and older). Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately refunded and their access revoked.

Article 3: Order
Any order placed on a website belonging to Lamhané Créations implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order (address, email, etc.). In the event of an error in this information, Lamhané cannot be held responsible for its inability to deliver the product or activate access to the course.

Article 4: Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable – small business tax exemption. Prices may be changed at any time, but the rate applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is validated. Any shipping costs for physical products are shown before final validation.

Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-ordered products. Payments can be made by credit card through our secure providers Stripe or PayPal, or in installments via Alma, PayPal, or Stripe (subject to availability). The information transmitted is encrypted and protected. Lamhané does not store any banking data.

Article 6: Delivery
- Digital products: access is granted immediately after payment is validated (via email or automatic redirection to the course space).
- Physical products: delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen. In the event of loss or delay, Lamhané is committed to finding an amicable solution (replacement or refund).

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalty. This right applies to all products sold by Lamhané Créations, including digital courses and tutorials. To exercise this right, the customer must send their request by email to: contact@lamhanecreations.com, stating their name, the order date, and the product concerned. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of a physical product, it must be returned in its original condition, at the customer's expense.

Independently of this legal period, for digital courses only, Lamhané Créations voluntarily offers a commercial "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" guarantee of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, under the same refund conditions described above. This commercial guarantee, more favorable than the legal period, effectively replaces it for digital courses. For physical products, only the legal fourteen (14) day withdrawal period stated above remains applicable.

Article 8: Digital Products and Access
Lamhané courses and tutorials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing or distributing (in whole or in part) the content to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in copyright infringement proceedings under applicable law. Lamhané reserves the right to suspend access for any customer who fails to comply with the terms of use or attempts fraud.

Article 9: Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with the GDPR, the information collected is used exclusively for order processing, managing access to courses, and sending information related to our products. Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, or may unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link found at the bottom of every email.

Article 10: Intellectual Property
All content on Lamhané websites (text, video, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 11: Liability
Lamhané Créations cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties, failure to receive emails (spam, typing errors), or the inappropriate use of techniques learned.

Article 13: Governing Law
